A3 Watercolor Portrait of Your Home - A beautifully detailed A3-sized watercolor painting of your home, created with care to capture its unique charm. Each piece is hand-painted, allowing a few days for completion, drying, and framing (if selected).
The framing options are all 40 x 50cm, with internal padded mount to add depth to the painting. The frames are fibreboard and the front protection is a lightweight polystyrene plastic front protection, making it easier to hang. This frame is perfect for gifts and adds a polished touch to the artwork. Please note that your purchase secures your spot on the waitlist - Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with your confirmed completed date as well as instructions on how and where to upload your photo(s).

If you are looking to purchase a painting as a gift and need it before a certain date - please reach out and let me know as I might be able to find space in the schedule for you, otherwise, please consider ordering a gift card! - You will receive a beautifully finished giftcard in branded envelope to gift to your special person on the day, and once I receive their photo from them, I will schedule them in for the next available start date : ) You can choose regular shipping at the checkout (for the completed painting), pick up or express post. 1 - Once you have ordered and paid for your Custom Watercolour Home Portrait through the website, you will receive an email with a link to a form you can use to upload your photos of your home that you are happy with.along with confirmation of your start date. : )
2 - I will give progress reports once the drawing stage is completed, and when the painting stage is completed.
3 - I will organise with you the best time to pickup your artwork (Chuwar 4306), or post your painting to your nominated address and supply tracking information via email : )Booking Policy
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required before work begins. To secure your booking, payment should be made as soon as possible to avoid delays. If booking online, payment is due immediately.Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted up to the 21st October 2024, as this is when the Christmas Waitlist dates start. Before this date, cancellations will be refunded the full value. After this date, unfortunately only 50% of the deposit minus framing costs (if selected) will be refunded, as I have already purchased materials and allocated the time (away from other clients).Expedited Requests:
For urgent requests, such as gifts, that require a quicker turnaround than what is available online, please contact me directly for a custom quote or process the order as a Commission and I may be able to work your order in over a weekend.Changes to the Artwork:
No changes or revisions are allowed once the artwork has commenced. Any specific requests must be communicated before work begins.Delivery Options:
Pickup is available from Chuwar (4306), at no charge. Postage is available at an additional cost, with both express and standard options.Refunds & Returns:
Due to the custom nature of the work, refunds and returns are generally not offered once the project begins. However, if you are dissatisfied with the final piece, I am committed to revisiting the artwork within 7 days. If the revised work does not meet expectations, a 50% refund will be provided upon return of the artwork. All concerns must be raised within a day of receiving the piece; otherwise, the transaction will be considered final.By ordering, you agree to these terms.
